AZ Beta Sig Ep Brotherly Love Award
BROTHERLY LOVE...it's at the heart of our shared Sig Ep experience, from first deciding to accept the invitation to join, through initiation, graduation and beyond. It's lived, not achieved, given freely to others, not required. It's paid forward, not demanded. It's taking actions that benefit your brothers, individually and together. And it lasts a lifetime.
For more than 50 years Brother John A. Stuart, '73, has felt it to be one of the most vital aspects of his own Sig Ep experience. So for that reason John has established through his family charitable trust an annual award to celebrate brotherly love at Arizona Beta, and with it to honor one of his most beloved chapter brothers, William "Red" Moulinier, '73. This new chapter award is John's way of encouraging every brother to be intentional about extending and appreciating this special Sig Ep experience the way he did during college and in all the years that followed.
The award was first announced at last year's Homecoming dinner, and will be formally introduced during this academic year to recognize a brother who stands out as a brotherly love star! The first "Moulinier" winner will be nominated and chosen by a committee of his peers appointed by the chapter's executive team, and awarded in commemoration of the chapter's 70th Anniversary at the U of A. Additional details on the new award will be coming soon...stay tuned!
